Remote Consultations

Let’s be clear right up front.

Wildlife removal and the ability to do so is not for everyone.

You do have the right as a homeowner to defend your property against nuisance wildlife.
We highly recommend you check your local laws and regulations before proceeding with any wildlife removal work before contacting us.

Before we proceed with any consultations, we want to ensure that, if necessary, you are comfortable using hand tools,  drills and ladders for necessary repair work.

These consultations are intended for DIY type persons, as well as property maintenance persons who would like a professional to assist them throughout their own removal process.

We can solve most problems without any form of trapping, but sometimes live traps or snap trap trapping is necessary. Are you comfortable with this if needed? Are you aware of your local regulations?

What You Do

Once you’ve decided you’d like a consultation, you need to start gathering evidence.

  • clear photos of any visible droppings or tracks

  • clear photos of any visible entry points

  • what type of sounds and where are you hearing them ie walls, ceiling, crawlspce?

  • a clear photo of each side of the house

Once you’ve gathered all the evidence you can and have decided to proceed you can call our office and book an appointment and we will proceed from there.

Using email, video/phone calls we will come up with a plan to get your critters out.

What We Do

With over 30 years experience, removing nuisance animals from homes, we have the experience to show you what and how these animals are gaining access, their biology and birthing seasons.

We can provide you with links to products that you may require to purchase for the eviction process.

We will point you in the right direction to where to purchase the proper quality seal up materials.

Ultimately, we can only give advice remotely and the skill required to do the removal and sealup process will be completely up to you.

At your convenience, we will book an appointment and do a video call at which time you can show our technician the problem areas so they can visibly see what is going on

This initial call should take no more than 15 minutes

Once we’ve made our assessment and have come up with a plan to get rid of your critters, we will send you links to products that you may require to get them out.

We will be here for any follow up questions or information required via emails, chat apps such as Facetime, WhatsApp, LINE or Facebook Messenger and will also provide an additional 15 minute follow up video call if needed.

Costs and Procedures

The cost for the service starts at $199 + applicable taxes and we will walk you through the entire process remotely.

Once you have decided to proceed with a consultation, you can call our office at 1-877-666-2287 (toll-free in Canada) to book your appointment and make your payment.

Payment is required up front.

Please have an good idea of your availability and best time to walk around the property with us remotely and don’t forget to gather as much evidence as possible.

We recommend you record and save our video call as we go through the process with you so that you can review the information as needed.

We look forward to working together and helping you solve your wildlife problem.
